Our Fit Guarantee applies to all Snazzi nail collections, including Everyday, Boutique, Signature Fit, Handmade, and Snazzi Kids.

If your nails don't fit correctly after following our Snazzi Fit Guide, reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the nails that do not fit so we can review the sizing issue.

Eligible claims receive one complimentary sizing correction per order, with the same design provided when available and free replacement shipping.

Application and Wear

How long do Snazzi press-on nails last?

Your wear time depends on the adhesive you choose, proper preparation, and your daily activities.

  • Jelly Adhesive Tabs: Approximately 1–3 days. Perfect for special occasions, short-term wear, and easy style changes.

  • Liquid Nail Glue: Approximately 7–14 days. Great for everyday wear and a secure, longer-lasting manicure.

  • Semi-Solid Nail Glue (No UV Required): Approximately 14–28 days. Our longest-wear adhesive option, designed for a strong, controlled hold without a UV lamp.

Actual wear time varies depending on nail preparation, application, lifestyle, and exposure to water.

Should I use glue, semi-solid glue, or jelly tabs?

Choose the adhesive that matches your lifestyle!

Jelly Adhesive Tabs: Best for short-term wear, special events, frequent style changes, and easier nail reuse.

Liquid Nail Glue: Best for everyday manicures and longer-lasting wear.

Semi-Solid Nail Glue: Best for customers who want the longest-lasting hold. Its thicker consistency provides controlled application and helps fill small gaps between the natural nail and press-on.

How do I apply Snazzi Semi-Solid Nail Glue?

Our Semi-Solid Nail Glue is designed for easy, controlled application and does not require a UV or LED lamp.

Follow these steps for a long-lasting Snazzi manicure:

  1. Prep: Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. Gently push back cuticles and lightly buff the surface of each natural nail.

  2. Clean: Use an alcohol prep wipe to remove oils, dust, and residue. Allow nails to dry completely.

  3. Size: Select the correct press-on nail for each finger. The nail should fit comfortably from sidewall to sidewall without touching your skin.

  4. Apply: Squeeze a small amount of semi-solid glue onto the inside contact area of the press-on nail. Spread evenly, avoiding the edges to prevent overflow.

  5. Position: Place the press-on near your cuticle without touching the skin. Lower it gradually onto your natural nail to help prevent air bubbles.

  6. Press & Hold: Apply firm, even pressure for 30–60 seconds, keeping the nail securely in place while the adhesive sets.

  7. Let It Set: Avoid water, oils, and heavy pressure for at least one hour after application.

Snazzi Tip: A little goes a long way! Too much glue can cause overflow and interfere with a clean application.

What if my tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?

Allow 24 hours because carriers occasionally scan packages before delivery.

Check your mailbox, delivery area, and with household members or neighbors.

Returns and Order Problems

Can I return a nail set?

Unopened, unused sets in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

For shipping damage, please reach out as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, and include photos of the packaging, mailing label, and damaged contents.

What if I receive the wrong item?

We'll arrange to send the correct item at our expense. If the unopened incorrect item must be returned, we'll provide a return shipping label.
