The Snazzi Fit™ Guarantee📏

We built an entire measurement system to help you find nails that truly fit. If you measured with our Snazzi Fit™ Guide before ordering and your eligible set still doesn’t fit, we’ll help correct the size—and you may keep the original set.

How It Works

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of your thumbnail being measured across its widest point, following our Snazzi Fit™ Guide
  • The names of the nails that didn’t fit
  • Whether each nail was too narrow, too wide or left sidewall gaps

After reviewing the information, we’ll send the corrected size in the same design when available. If that design is unavailable, you may choose an available replacement of equal value.

Fit Promise Details

  • One fit correction per order
  • The Fit Promise provides a size correction, not a refund
  • Eligible replacements ship free
  • Design availability is not guaranteed
  • The promise applies when the Snazzi Fit™ Guide is used to order or correct sizing

Why the measurement photo? It helps us determine whether the issue is width, sizing or curvature so we can provide the right solution. Either way, the goal is the same: nails that fit. That’s the whole point of Snazzi. 💖

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 💎

Manufacturing defect: If your set arrives with a broken nail, finish flaw, missing piece or loose embellishment, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Please keep the product and packaging until we complete our review. We’ll provide an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund.

Damage during shipping: Contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours of delivery—and include photos of the mailing package, shipping label and damaged contents. We’ll make it right while handling the carrier claim.

Incorrect item: If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one at our expense. If the unopened incorrect item needs to be returned, we’ll provide and pay for the return label.
