Processing time: orders ship within 2 business days. 

Shipping rates & carriers: calculated at checkout. Orders ship via USPS with tracking — you'll receive your tracking number by email the moment your label is created.

Shipping destinations: we currently ship within the United States.

Order changes: need to fix an address or swap a size before shipment? Message us ASAP — we can update anything until your label is printed.

Delivered but missing? Once a carrier marks your package delivered, please allow 24 hours (packages are sometimes scanned early), check with household members and neighbors, and then contact us — we'll help you work with the carrier to track it down.
